Rising Sun Capital Group, LLC is a privately owned real estate investment firm based in Gilbert, Arizona.

We purchase distressed residential real estate assets from banks and at trustee's sales in Maricopa and Pinal Counties.

Our business model is intended to provide value housing primarily to first-time homeowners, while simultaneously injecting economic stimulus to the respective local economies. The creation of jobs and opportunities for housing will result for related third parties including contractors, listing agents, property managers, appraisers, lenders, etc.
